Hummer H2 is the second vehicle sold under the Hummer marque of General Motors (GM). Hummer H2 is officially the second heaviest SUV in the world. The vehicle is known for its masculine body and off-road capabilities. GM only sold Hummer H2 in its first generation from 2002 to 2010. The car is no longer produced in the US, and has become a rare sight. There are only a handful of imported Hummer H2 units in Pakistan.

Hummer H2 first came in 2002 as the less expensive and easier to drive version of its oversized predecessor, H1. The SUV was an instant success in the US market. That year, GM sold 34,529 H2s, compared to just 730 H1s. 

Although smaller in size than the original H1, Hummer H2 was still massive. Soon, there was a backlash of H2 being excessively thirsty for fuel. In 2005, GM created the H2 SUT (Sport Utility Truck), a modified H2 version with a pickup truck bed. H2 SUT engine size was the same as H2 SUV, but it delivered more power.

In 2008, GM redesigned the Hummer H2 SUV and H2 SUT with major interior updates and a more powerful drivetrain. The company further launched a special 2009 Black Chrome Limited Edition Hummer H2. That was the last development before H2 was completely discontinued in 2010.

Hummer H2 carries the looks and feel of its military heritage. Both SUV and SUT models have a rugged appearance. The off-road beast has a boxy shape with xenon headlamps, front fog lights, DRLs, tinted glass, roof rails, heated side view mirrors, skid plates, and 17x8.5 inch alloy wheels. All H2 models are style icons and look like showstoppers on the road.

The iconic Hummer H2 is also a luxury vehicle. All the interior elements fit together so precisely and cleanly. The front seats were comfortably redesigned in 2008 models.
