What city is it in? I have done a b20v before in my EG. Absolutely go for it, if tuned correct that's 190whp easy. My car dynoed at 175 whp with a so-so tune, bad dizzy and leaking valves.
Also, a stock B20 non vtec is faster than a B16, H22, etc but slower than a K. It's a very under rated engine.
I/H/E and a decent gora tune on a b20v is north of 200 wheel. I think a B20 is the best B series engine for NA applications.
All B series couple with S4C transmissions. I think S40 and S20 work with an adapter. You will have to check that though.
