Well, I searched online for ideas for bullbars for small SUVs, then took off bumper and checked mounting points which are direct on chasis. Finally I made a cardboard cutouts for my design, and took them to this guy who makes bumpers for big trucks and dumpers. Explained him my design, selected gauge for metal, and from there on started work.
It was done in 2 days after 3 to 4 months of research and finalizing design, and I was present all the time at workshop to make minor changes as it was being welded. We took off some metal from it, as it was becoming too heavy, as we used same 12 gauge metal as they usually use for big trucks.
See this post where you can see the design from different angles https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/t/karachi-4x4-club-visit-to-suissi-pannu-13th-jan-2019/985576/6
Just make sure you find a welder who have some experience of bullbar design, so he could understand and think of make process before.
