As many of the fourm members know I am facing heat issues in my gallant as far as the mechanics are concerned there is no issue in the colling system or head and found no leakage. Car doesn't loose oil or collant at all. Just a sip in a week interval in resvoir.
Now one has suggested that there might be an issue with the heat needle. It spikes to 75%mark at around 105 temp some are saying the needle leaves its normal position at 92 or so on. Can anyone please help me with the needle specs I mean at what temp the needle leaves its normal area. Guage test revealed four positions 0 - 25 - 75 - 100 %. 25% present is the area where the needle usually stays until it starts over heating.
With direct fans it always stays at 25% no matter how hard you drive. Without direct its always dancing especially in hot days.
Please help
