Dear I have analyzed both bikes and below is my verdict as of now.
In Fuel Avg No Doubt Pridor is better being smaller engine, Comfort wise both are almost same same, Yamaha actually a bit heavy in weight so its is good for long drives but not as good in City areas due to frequent turning in congested areas, Honda pridor have both Mudguard are very good designed to keep engine area neat and clean whereas YBZ mud guards are not properly designed, the only thing missing in Pridor is Self start, and Kick of Pridor is really hard so gives a very tough time specially when the bike is new, keeping in mind fuel avg and initial cost and resale factor I would advise Honda Pridor.
Looks wise and Road Grip wise Yamaha is better but you will get this on the cost of High Invoice price, expensive parts, and lesser after sale points as compared with Honda. So honda is still way ahead of any new comer in market. Yamaha is no doubt good company but needs some more time to penetrate, and its Gear system is also difficult to adopt by normal bikers.
