actual problem is, it increases the temperature in room
considering the current latent load., humidity is so high, in Karachi and Lahore nowadays in 16-18g/m3, you can't do anything with 180 watts, for proper dehumidification you need at least 2 amps or more
dehumidifier simply failed

answer lies in, relative humidity
as you turn on the dehumidifier, the temperature in room increases, and ultimately overall absolute humidity stays the same as now warm air has the capacity to hold even more moisture, and the dehumidifier struggles
ultimately I concluded, in paki environment, AC is the best option for dehumidification and overall better indoor comfort (obviously at higher cost but it achieves the goal unlike dehumidifier)
